Clerk-Treasurer

The Clerk-Treasurer is the city's chief fiscal officer. All claims paid by the City are handled by the Clerk-Treasurer's office. The office is also responsible for the City's payroll, vendor's licenses, bicycle licenses and pet tags. The Clerk-Treasurer keeps agendas and minutes for the Common Council and the Board of Works. The office manages the City ordinance records and the Riverside Cemetery records and grave site sales. The office is also responsible for the annual City auction.
