Professional Profile

Todd Thurston began his first term on the Noblesville Common Council in January 2024. Professionally, Thurston is a Commercial Sales Manager at Hare Truck Center in Noblesville. Prior to joining Hare, he spent 13 years in the highway construction industry. Currently, Thurston serves as the president of the Noblesville Youth Assistance Board. Thurston's deep commitment to the city of Noblesville is reflected in his time spent as president of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy board, president of the Noblesville Fire Department Merit Commission, and president of the Noblesville Parks board. He has also served on the board of the Noblesville Boys & Girls Club, Noblesville Elks Lodge 576, and Fifty Club of Hamilton County. Thurston has lived in Noblesville for 33 years and is married to Jennifer. They have two sons, Spencer and Conner. 

District 2 includes a large portion of the southwest side of Noblesville (south of State Road 38 – Pebble Brook, Pebble Brook Villas, Villages at Pebble Brook, Emerald Village at Pebble Brook, Cranbrook, Pine Hurst Village, Promenade Apartments, Promenade Woods, Trailside Woods, Slater Run, Slater Ridge, Slater Woods, Hazel Dell Woods, Essex of Noblesville, Wood Hollow, Reserve at Woodside, Lake Forest, Twin Oaks, Westmoor, Montview, Noble West, West Haven, Townes at Noble West, Kingsley, East Haven, Lochaven, Manors at Lochaven, Greystone Apartments, Cherry Tree Meadows, Willow Lake, Riverwalk Commons, Creekside Farms, and a large portion of Conner Crossing.
